Previously, Mr. O’Keefe was a Senior Vice President at Pequot Ventures, where he invested in and was actively involved with investments in the software, internet and technology services sectors.

He also worked in strategic marketing at Apple Computer, as an Associate at Apax Partners, and in the mergers and acquisitions groups at Salomon Smith Barney and CIBC World Markets.

Mr. O'Keefe holds an MBA from Harvard Business School (Baker Scholar) and a BA from Brown University. He is also a graduate of Phillips Academy (Cum Laude).

An armchair economist, Mr. O'Keefe holds a Fellowship with the Foreign Policy Association.
