Welcome to OKeefeWeb! v5.0.  For those who have been following along, here is a little history:

OW! v1.0, circa 1995, featured little more than an online version of my resume.

OW! v2.0, circa 1997, featured static web content, but a precurser to my blog, along with photos, hosted at the time by Ofoto

OW! v3.0, circa 1999, added hosted photos (using the open source photo management tool Gallery1) after I realized the Ofoto retained all rights to my pictures when I uploaded them!

OW! v4.0, circa 2003,  added a blog using MovableType

And now, with the launch of v5.0, I've added community features using yet another fantastic open source project, Joomla.  You can now add a photo to your profile, connect to other members of OW! that you know, and post any content you'd like - photos, news, blogs, etc.  My hope is you'll enjoy the changes and find reasons to come back more often.

Finally note that the only public portion of this site is my blog, but once you log in you can see all my pictures and news about family and friends.  Enjoy!
